  1. It happened long ago in Mitchelstown Chapel there was a priest used be seen there on the altar regularly saying Mass. It appears he was coming there for years; and several people said they saw him.
    This day about noon a man went in to say a few prayers; and he wasn't very long there at all when he saw this stange figure of a priest come out on the altar dressed and all to say Mass.
    The man got frightened and he ran over to the curate and told the story of all he had seen. That the figure of a priest was just below on the altar. The curate said nothing, only he went to the chapel next day at the same time and twasn't long 'til the priest came out same as the day before and he dressed as usual.
    The priest only went up on the altar and commenced to answer the Mass
