threw him over his horns with his face turned to the tail of the pooka.
Away went Paddy and the pooka as fast as the wind through the rivers, lakes, bushes, briars, and mountains until they had traveled through the length and breath of Ireland.
Paddy was screaming and roaring to the pooka to let him go off his back but the pooka paid no no heed to him. he kept going until the hour before day break and he threw Paddy off his back where he found him.
