    command. Soon the ship was filled with salt and it sank and all the people aboard were drowned. But the mill kept grinding and it is said that that was how salt came to be in the sea. The tiny man was supposed to be a devil and it was said that it was the Black Friar's curse on the ground wherever the woman walked that caused the downfall of Mayo Abbey.
