    almost knocked. There was a woman born during the big wind and her people had a very bad house and they were afraid it would fall. They had a purse of money in the house and the father put it under the child in the cradle. The next morning the roof was blown off the house and a lot of things were blown away but the money was safe. The big wind did awful harm to the people. It blew the roofs off their houses and barns and it knocked the hay and oats and everything on them.
