- One day about forty years ago, a woman named Mary Jordan of Creggan, Backs was churning and a man named Peter Convey of Tullysleva, Backs came in.
He sat down for a long time, and never said "God bless the work" or took a "turn" of the churn, but walked out again.
The woman was churning until she was tired, but could not get any butter, So she had to send for the man again till he said "God bless the work" and took a turn of the churn.(continues on next page)- Collector
