    and gathers certain kind of flowers, Blue-bells, white May flowers and primroses and tie each bunch on a long piece of stick and dance round it and say the Hail-Mary.
    Good-Friday = It is a custom for the old people of this district to take of their shoes on that day it is said that if you do you (glor) will not take a cold.
    Whit-Sunday = On Whit Sunday it is said if anybody sleeps during that day the will never waken.
