There once lived a man named Mickey Glynn he was a native of Cahermore and about five feet and a half in height, he was so strong that he could come out of the barn with seven cwt of corn on his back and put it on the car by himself. His neighbour Bill Luck lived in the same place and was about five feet and a half in height he could carry the same load but could't stoop down coming out the barn door so on that account, he was beaten by Mickey Glynn.
