    dip them in grease and afterwards they stuck them in a sod.
    The houses were made of clay and the walls were very thick. They were two or three feet wide and there used to be only one or two small windows in them.
    They used to sleep in wooden beds and they used to have no mattresses only feather ones which they made themselves and they placed boards across from one side of the frame to the other instead of springs.
