    Teampaill' is a large cave or hole in Gurteen, Manorhamilton.

    what he saw Mr. Mac Sharry was not in the least wondered, but to please Laurence he went up with him.
    When they reached Teampaill they looked down and there were the cats fighting away
    When they saw the two men they stopped fighting at once and made a dive for the top of the hole and came out.
    Both men were at first frightened but very soon plucked up courage.
    As soon as the cats saw the men move they ran at them and tore them, on the face and hands.
    Those scrapes never healed.
    One day a man threw a useless terrier into this hole and in about a week afterwards the dog came out at the gable of the house. He also threw sheep in and some time afterward he got them on the mountains.
    Three men came to see Teampaill one time and they had a dog with them. The cave looked interesting and the men decided to descend a little distance. This they did accompanied by their dog.
    Trace now tidings of these men was never
