Long ago there was a little horse seen on the shores of Cornagon Lough. One night a man named Doonan was coming from his ceilidh and he saw the horse. He caught him and brought him home with him. The horse lived with him for a long time and worked well for him. One day when the man was going to a fair and was crossing a big river the horse jumped across the bridge and never was seen again.

- A StoryOne time there was a landlord called Peyton living in Laheen. Some time before his death; he was sick in Dublin hospital. This time when he was very bad he appeared in Laheen.
