    64 The Post Office Dromod
    Next to the Barrack is the present Post Office with Miss McGlynn postmistress. Dr Pentland Mohill had to rent this house from Lord Harlech as he had to have a house in the district because of the dispensary. Dr Poullands son inlaw Mr Corscadden solr lived there for a while. During Black and Tan time it was sold to Miss McGlynn. She and her nephew Tommy Diffley live there. Tommy keeps the garage and a motor for hire, the only one for hire in this village at the moment.
