- Many years ago there was a Chapel and a cemetry in Tooma a townland in the Parish of Aughavas which borders Cloone parish at Kityfea and is about two miles from Cloone village. Tradition has it that a King once resided in this area, but there is no record of his name. The following story however is related about him.
There was a very remarkable beam across the centre of the Chapel in Tooma, and one day the King went in to the Chapel to pull down the beam. We are not told in the story why he did this, but(continues on next page)- Collector
