A rainbow in the morning means a shower in the evening.
A red sky in the evening and a grey sky in the morning is the sign of a fine day.
Easterly wind means frost.
North wind brings cold and bad weather.
When the sun goes down pale it is the sign of rain and cold weather but if it goes down in a golden colour it is the sign of fine weather.
A rainbow on a Saturday morning means many day's of rain.
The northren wind causes the rain to cease.
When the mountains are far away it is the sign of fine weather but if they seem near and covered with fog we have rain and snow for many hours.
Mountainous waves and the seagulls screaming, and flying low are the sign of a storm
When the sea is calm we will have fine weather, if the sea is rough rain will come.
When the sky is blue and bright stars appear then we will have fine weather
When the wind whistles through the key hole of the door we are near rain.
The waves roar in different parts of the sea according as the weather is changing.
