- Some years ago there lived in this district a girl, whose name is forgotten. She used throw out ashes at night. One day a woman came in, after she left, the girl felt as if pins were stabbing her whole body. After 5 years a little man came to her and told her, her pains were the fruits of throwing out ashes. She was throwing it at the fairies and destroying their bleach. He was a fairy man and took out the pins. When throwing out water at night people say "cugat sá cugat sa uisge salach" in case fairies might be near.
