    (continued from previous page)
twice and took the castle the third time. The king told him he could take anything he liked that was inside in the castle. Cúrió said he would take a girl. The king told him he would not get her. At dusk Cúrió got two horses ready and brought the girl home. When he passed Tralee the king got up to him and they had a terrible battle. Cúrió cut off his hair and that time it was against the law to cut one's hair. One day Cúrió sent his men gathering stones to build a castle. When the men were gone the king came and killed Cúrió. There was a poet inside in the castle and he threw the king and the girl down the cliff.
