- There are two graveyards in the parish, namely, Knockbrack and Tanpleranny. Both are still used as burial grounds.
Knockbrack is by far the larger of the two now as two acres of the adjourning farm was let into it quite recently. Both graveyards are slightly sloped as they are situated on hilly sand.
There are some few trees growing in Knockbrach graveyard and a number of trees were cut recently for full.
There are no ruins in either of these graveyards as there never was a Church built there.
Unbaptised children were buried without graveyard walls but of late are buried inside the walls.- Collector
