- The crane builds her nest in the bank of a river or in a log. She lays six brown eggs. She builds her nest of twigs and leaves, and when a small bird would go near he nest she would roar because she would be afraid of it. It is the sign of fine weather to see her flying up the river or to see her flying high in the air
- The cuckoo goes off to another country in winter, and comes back in Summer. She never builds her nest but she lays her eggs in anothers birds nest and the hatches the eggs for three week. Then the little birds has to feed the birds. The cuckoo never feeds the bird and thats why the little bird follows the cuckoo
