    "But I don't see any stir out of this other man," said the doctor, "I think he has won the pound. Get up and take it," he said addressing the lazy man. "Bring it here to me" he answered. "You won't get it you don't come for it" said the doctor. Oh! he replied, "you may keep it so." He had to be carried in at twelve o'clock that night and left in the kitchen. Next day the doctor called again but his patient was too lazy to speak to him. When the neighbours gathered in the lazy mans house that evening they desided to coffin him and bury him. He listened to their plans and made no objection. On their way to the graveyard they met a man from the next townland who asked whose funeral it was. They told him "Dont bury him," said he, "I will bring him with me and I
