    But the water-hen and sparrow
    That ancient spot well nigh forgot
    It used to aggravate us
    And now 'tis quite the Isle of Wight
    All roses and potatoes
    There is a club for all who love
    Devarsion and delight Sir
    Both great and small can play hand-ball
    And billiards every night sir
    And if some boys dont care for noise
    There's other recreation
    We've papers there from everywhere
