    time Mr. James Nolan had a steward on this farm who lived in Tyroe house. He was an old man named Dan Kennedy.
    One night Dan went to play cards to his next door neighbour. When he returned home he saw a man sitting at the cow house. He did not go near him but went into his bed. He was very restless and slept none that night. He arose early next morning and went out to the cowhouse to see if there was anybody there. He could see nobody but when he went in amongst the cows he noticed that one of the fattest cows he had in the house was dead. Next day was Saturday. He left the house and went to his people in Oldgrange. He told them his story,
