    seen yet and was narrow and had a lot of high hills. The captain had two turning grounds, one turning ground was on this old Dublin road leading to Scarva, also the other turning ground was on the old road underneath the old "Garrison".
    The military dray was drawn by four horses, with three wheels on each side. This dray carried between thirty and forty soldiers. On the front of this dray there was a high seat where the two captains sat in charge of the horses.
    They had many fine views as the drove along over the hills on this old Dublin road. This old "Garrison" was supposed to be a headquarters where all soldiers were stationed.
    I was told that they were drifted from this "Garrison" to other headquarters, to where the battles were fought in former days.
