    A Funny Story
    Once upon a time there lived in Agaboe a man who had a lot of milch cows. The cows used to give him a lot of milk. One day he noticed that they had almost stopped to give him any milk. So he went to the Parish Priest and told him his story. The Priest told him to get up about five o'clock the next morning and hide near where he had his cows. In this field there was a space in the ditch. He went and hide in the field. While he was hiding he saw a hare come where the space was and from that into his field. He watched it and he saw it go and take the milk from each cow. Then he went and hid nearer to the hare and saw it go back to its home. After that the man went back again to the Parish Priest and told him what had happened. The Priest told him to repeat the same thing again. He did so. While he was going so the
