- There was once a boy who was learning robbery. The master told him that the first thing he was to steal was all the things he could get in the farmer's house. The brought him to the house and let him down the chimney by a long rope. He had a bag with him and he put all the things he got into it. But when he was ready to go he couldn't get out.
He saw the skin of a bulluck in the kitchen and he put it on himself. Then the women of the house heard the noise and she got up. There she saw the bulluck on the ground and he said let me out or I wiil knock the side wall so the women let him go.
The next day he went to his master and he told him that he would have to steal the horses from under the plough. So the robber got a few rabbits and broke their legs, then he went to the field where the men were ploughing. Then he let the rabbits go. When the men saw them going they followed them and when they were away he stole the horses.(continues on next page)- Collector
