  1. There are two forts in Castlemore about a quarter of a mile from each other.
    There is a cave underground from one to the other. There is another channel leading from them to a lios in Islawn which is about a mile away.
    Soldiers used to hide there in olden times. It is said that the fairy folk held sports there. They kicked foot ball and rode about on their fairy horses.
    Fairies and mysterious lights used to be seen there by people who passed at a late hour at night.
