    When a person has a stye on his or her eye, and if he, or she points twelve thorns off a gooseberry and throw away the last one it will get cured.
    Another cure is when a person gets burned and if he or she rubs it with bread soda it will take the pain out of it. When a person has ring-worm the seventh son will cure it. If a person had the Whooping Cough and if he, or she went under a horse's stomach three times they would get cured.
