    If a game-keeper found a nest of pheasants eggs anywhere near, he forced the farmer to hatch them with hens for him. In those years a farmer would be evicted for the least reason. If they only offended in any way the game-keeper or bailiffs or agent of a landlord, even if they only with their horses attempted to pass them and their horse out on the road going or coming on a journey. They would be evicted from the farm or the good horse taken from them.
