- There is a fort in the townland of Currarague in Tady Connors farm, now owned by Patrick Buckley. Two men whose names we do not know dreamt one night that there was a crock of gold in the fort. They went the fourth night to seek the gold.
When they had gone down six feet they came upon a large flag. When they were about to remove the flag a big black bull came up roaring, with fire out his nose.
When the men saw him they ran for their lives, and never tried to seek the gold again. (no title)
