    20. A cure for a cut bleeding is to burn a bit of paper in the fire. Rub it to the cut and it will stop bleeding.
    21. A sure cure for a sore mouth is :- If seven boys of a family are born one after the other the seventh has a gift. Three blows of his breath nine mornings after one another and he fasting will cure it.
    22. Three ivy leaves boiled with three ivory buttons in a little water and the water rubbed to corns cures them.
    23. To cure a child from thrush a goose should be let breathe down the throat and the child would be cured.
