    Manager the leipreachán tapped at the box. Then the man opened it, and asked the lepreachán what he wanted. He said that if he left him out he would help in some way.
    The man wanted a rise in his wages, and he was going to ask the Manager for it that morning. The Manager was at his desk when the leipreachán hopped in unnoticed looked his desk, and took away the key The Manager called all his men, and told them to look for the key.
    All the men looked everywhere but they could not find the key. After they had looked for a while the leipreachán gave the key to the man who opened the box for him. The manager was delighted, and he gave that man a rise in his wages.
    The old people say that there is a supernatural being called the "Banshee". Sometimes certain people hear its wailing when anyone is going to die.
