“There was a very good storyteller lived in Mount Bridget and his name was Jim Kirwin.”
There was a very good storyteller lived in Mount Bridget and his name was Jim Kirwin. One night he told this story about himself and another man.
They were coming home one night from gambling and they were not gone far when they heard a lot of noise in side the ditch. They stood and still the noise was there. Then they got frightened and hurried home. When they were in bed they heard a knock at the door. One of them said. "Who is there" and the fellow outside answered "Paddy O Hara the great storyteller"- Collector
