  1. When dark clouds rise in the sky to the South or West, with a strong wind blowing, it is a sure sign of rain.
    If the moon is surrounded with a haze or halo there is rain coming.
    When the sun sets with a coppery colour, it is also a sign of rain.
    When swallow's fly low, skimming the fields it is a sign of wet weather.
    If the stars twinkle a lot, of a bright night there is a storm coming.
    When the sun sets encircled in banks of black clouds it is usually a forecast of a storm.
    When the sun goes down in a rich, red glow, and the swallows fly high, there is fine warm weather to come.
