- It happened that a certain farmer was not able to make his butter for some time previous.
One morning he got up very early to go for the cows and when he went out to the field there was a woman standing near the cows with a big coil of rope in her hand. He kept looking at her for some time and saw that she was drawing and twisting the rope.
He went to her to find out who she was.
He asked her who she was and she made him no answer.
The man in a rage took the rope out of her hand and told her clear out of the field and she went off. When he went back home he threw the rope under an old barrel and(continues on next page)- Collector
