- The list of our farm animals are cows, pigs, calves, donkeys, horses, sheep. The fowls are hens, ducks, turkeys and geese. We have eleven cows named Kerry, Beete, Curley, Cherry, Auction-Blue, Blackfox, Red-Heifer, Rose, Wrensboro, Grey-Polly, and Old-Polly. When we are driving them in or out of a field we say "how how." W say "get out of that" to the calves but the dog is sent after them.
The cowhouse is about 35 feet long and 12 feet wide. There is a door way in the front of it and it has four stone walls. It is covered with galvanised iron. Some of the cows are tied with chains and more of them in "bales."
We have two horses one of them is named Moll. The other has not any(continues on next page)- Collector
