- There is a lime kiln in Glenanaar it was used in olden time for burning lime but the top of it is covered with bushes and briars now you can still see it
- Cunnighams house was burned in the nightime the people escaped but the furniture and everything was burned. It is called the burned house on account of the accident. Pat Fenton's house in Ceile was also burned. Mac Donnell's was burned by accident.
