The water is then separated from the dandelion after being boiled.The water is then mixed with castor sugar, lump sugar, and Whiskey. It is then laid by the fire for an hour.The wine is then stored in bottles for a few months.Whiskey, and Castor Sugar are again mixed with the wine before being drank.
