- In the townland of Kilrea there is a hill called Knocknagon. There is a light supposed to be seen around there every night.
One night a man was coming home from rambling. He was after coming down the hill and was crossing a field when suddenly he saw a light. It ran along until it came to a gap in the field and it stopped there.
Then a drove of cattle came out the gap and went on until they came to a pond nearby. Then they went in there and disappeared. - You are not logged in, but you are welcome to contribute a transcription anonymously.
