    denied either one or the other and next morning early they hanged the poor man on the walls of Limerick.
    That day they came to his castle again and they drove out his wife and daughters and servants. They gave the castle to a soldier, who lived there for many a year; but never a sight of Sir John Burke's treasure was seen from that day to this, though people say 'tis buried in the hollow near the castle ruin where the flat rock is near the row of little bushes.
