  1. Thomas Fitzpatrick of Mullagh made bog-deal ropes.He used them for his own house. He also used them for hay-cars. Paddy Haugh of Doora mad them also. He went from town to town seling and making them. Paul Gallaher Finuremore was another roap maker. He often made them as fine as any of the ropes we use nowadays.
