weeks that the snow was on the ground. When the snow was on the ground over two weeks it began to melt.
When the sun appeared it melted most of the snow off the ground and the people were glad because starvation and hunger was surely to take place if the snow stayed any longer.
During the snow the birds came to our doors looking for food to eat. When the snow had disappeared the people found their sheep and lambs buried in the snow, also they found that great damage was done.
