A cure for warts. Tie a horse's hair around the wart and in a few days it withers away. Miss Fagan, Streete, Co. Westmeath told it to me. She is about fifty years of age. - A cure for an ear ache. - Cure for ring-worm. The seventh son Thomas Browne, Donore, Multyfarnham, Co. Westmeath has the cure of ring-worm. When he puts his thumb to it it goes away in a day.
- Cure for a cow with sore spins. Boil elder leaves and dab the juice on her spins. James Mac Loughlin, Ballyvade, Bunbrosna, Co. Westmeath. He is seventy eight years of age.
