"
    "What sort is it Tom?"
    "Do not ask me Mrs Gavagan, she might not be pleased."
    "Rightly son interjected Matt" Do not bother the man. Lave Tom to deal with Mary's affairs with Mary herself. Mary will be all right says Tom twisting his mouth after letting down a seal of malt. "Is it any harm to ask you, Tom. how did you get on with the man you were trying to get for Rachel Isdale?
