   early in the morning and very red it is a sign of rain. When there is a circle around the moon it is a sign of bad weather. The nearer the circle the farther the rain and the farther the circle the rain. When there is a rainbow in the sky or when there are streamers pointing down from the sky it is a sign of rain. When the clouds are very black and dull it is a sign of rain. When the stars are shining very brightly is is a sign of frost. When the cat scrapes wood it is a sign of a storm. When the dog covers his four paws with its tail it is a sign of hardship. When the dust rises up and flies about it is a sign of a storm.
