    cat sitting on the table. If anyone tries to enter down the cat would face them like a witch.
    There is a pass way from Corracorky to the Kilglass road up by this moat. People used to go that way long ago. There was an old shoemaker who lived in Kilglass who used to ramble down to Corracorky and come back by the old moat.
    One evening as he was coming by it coming home, there was a washing out, drying a sheet and some other articles on a nice round bush just beside the moat. He stood looked and listened but could see no one. Then he rolled up the sheet and brought it home with him.
