  1. Home - Made Toys
    Long ago every boy and girl in this district found amusement during spare time in making toys.
    In former times the people were not very rich and so hey could not buy toys for their children. The girls gathered daisies and put them on thread and made necklaces and bracelets made with them. This old custom has not died out yet. The girls also made little dolls with straw and then dressed them.
    The boys found great pleasure in making damn masters out of a nice thin piece of wood, usually ceiling boards. Some elderly boys made a big drum. They framed
