    bleeding hold back your head.
    Put a cold stone on it and the bleeding will stop
    Rheumatism. Sulphur will relieve the pain if carried on the person.
    Heart burn. Mix a spoonful of bread-soda with a cup of cold water and drink it.
    Ear-ache. Heated oil should be poured into the ear.
    Whitlow. Bathe in water in which potatoes have been boiled.
    Sore-feet. Pennyleaves.
    Chilblains. Pennyleaves and lard
    Burn or scald. Apply bread-soda and it will prevent blisters.
    A cure for a burn or scald is made from linseed oil white of an egg and limewater.
    Consumption. The milk from a fairy cow will cure consumption.
