- In about a field from this school, A big stone was found by a man who was ploughing there
This stone was never seen before or since. It was a very large one and the said to himself, he would blast it and he went for a spade to get it ready. But when he came back he could not find the stone.
It is said that a crock of gold was buried under that stone and it was never to be got.
That same stone was seen by that same mans father.- Informant
