When it is going to rain there are many signs to indicate it. A dog eating grass or drinking water is a sure sign of bad weather. When swallows are flying high it is a sign of good weather. When they are flying low it is a sign of bad weather.
People say if goats are high on the hills it is a sign of good weather. If they come down it is a sign of a storm.
When a cat scratches a tree it is also a sign of a storm.
