Those people are very poor and have often to beg food and alms from the rich people in the country On fair days held in towns a lot more vagrants than those mentioned collect together for the purpose of dealing and selling their horses and donkeys. If they make money on those fair days the men and women of that class get drunk and have several rows on their way home to their caravans.
