    a-Bótair. The coffin had to be carried in those days and the only graveyard was in Killghaduff near Swanlinbar.
    The Electoral Division is now called "Peadar a-Bótair"
    There is a "Mass Path" in Drumbeagh and another across Eagle Hill, and a third one through the Bog in Altachullion.
    On the mountain there are several passes or paths. The "Black Banks" in Aughnacorlia leads up the mountain to "Sgreag na bán". Another pass is called "Sgreag mór". a pass in Comonas Mountain leads from "Sráit beag" to "Sráit nióus"
    The workers on the roads when they were being made were paid 6d and 8d a day.
