  1. There is a story told that when Kilmore Protestant Catherdal was a building many of the carved stones from Trinity Abbey in Lock Uachtair were taken.
    The masons used build a certain amount every day and if it happened that any of the stones from Trinity Abbey were included in their days work next morning all the previous days work had fallen.
    This continued for a long time until the masons saw
